1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and tibaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tibaji website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services accessible at https://tibaji.ws and any sub-domains or associated URLs operated by tibaji.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise accessing any feature of the tibaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tibaji platform and close your account.

tibaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the tibaji platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the tibaji platform, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tibaji operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. If at any time tibaji reasonably suspects or determines that a registered user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any remaining balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the payment method used for deposit.

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the tibaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different devices, or different bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay wallet numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tibaji reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and to withhold any accumulated bonus funds in such circumstances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your tibaji account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

The tibaji platform is not available to players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. tibaji accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

tibaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any registered player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tibaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. tibaji is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and per account tier and are displayed within your account dashboard. tibaji reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. tibaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used on the account. Where a player has deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally or at tibaji's discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements will result in the pending withdrawal being declined and the wagering requirement remaining active.

tibaji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to identity verification status and payment method availability. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All transactions on the tibaji platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, the conversion will be applied at the rate available at the time of the transaction. tibaji accepts no responsibility for currency fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by tibaji are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

New players who register a verified tibaji account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus, currently advertised as a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. tibaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, deliberately placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds forfeited. tibaji reserves the right to permanently close the accounts of players engaged in bonus abuse and to share relevant information with other operators to prevent further abuse.

tibaji runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events including BPL season, IPL knockout rounds, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each campaign operates under its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the campaign is active. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and prize structures vary per campaign.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. tibaji accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. tibaji reserves the right to correct any odds that were published due to a manifest error, including pricing errors caused by technical faults or data feed failures.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of an event before completion; the use of clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error; the occurrence of an event that renders settlement impossible or manifestly unfair. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's tibaji account balance.

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. tibaji reserves the right to suspend or remove any in-play market at any time without notice, including during periods of live play. Bets accepted during a brief suspension of a market will be settled at the odds at which they were confirmed, provided those odds were not the result of a manifest error.

All casino games and slot titles on the tibaji platform are provided by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and mathematical models for each game are determined by the respective provider. tibaji does not alter the mechanics of any game provided by a licensed third party. In the event of a discrepancy between the game outcome displayed on your screen and the outcome recorded on the provider's server, the server record shall prevail.

In the event of a technical failure affecting the tibaji platform during live gameplay — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — tibaji will make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed bets where a server-side record exists. Where no server-side record can be confirmed, the affected rounds or bets may be voided and stakes returned. tibaji is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6. Responsible Gaming

tibaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The platform offers deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all of which can be activated through the player's account settings or by contacting the support team.

Players who self-exclude from the tibaji platform agree not to attempt to re-register or access the platform during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any balance returned net of bonuses. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

tibaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
3. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
4. Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single account rule.
5. Provision of false or misleading registration information.
6. Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
7. Use of automated betting software, bots, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
8. A determination that the player is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
9. A determination that the player is under 21 years of age.
10. Request by the player to close the account voluntarily.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to player misconduct, tibaji reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity. Genuine cash deposits will be returned to the original payment method, net of any amounts owed to tibaji.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tibaji platform — including but not limited to the tibaji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, text, images, and audio-visual content — is the property of tibaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tibaji platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the tibaji platform without the prior written consent of tibaji. Unauthorised use of tibaji's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tibaji and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tibaji platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

tibaji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tibaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The tibaji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tibaji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its features.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the tibaji platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how tibaji collects, stores, processes, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the platform. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

tibaji applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the tibaji servers. Your financial data is never stored in plain text. tibaji does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tibaji operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the tibaji support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact tibaji at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for tibaji to resolve the matter informally. tibaji aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tibaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by tibaji to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of tibaji's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any other provision of these Terms.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy.
